Bella Hadid Turns 30 in a Tiny Red String Bikini With Her Name Across the Bottoms

Bella Hadid is 30 — and she made sure the whole internet knew it. The supermodel, who turned 30 on Friday, October 9, posted an Instagram carousel late on Sunday night showing off a custom red string bikini with a white “30” on the chest and her name spelled out atop a star on the back of the skimpy bottoms, Page Six reported. Page Six’s verdict: “How’s that for a birthday suit?”

The bespoke two-piece was made by Los Angeles swim brand Baben. Over the top she layered a red candy-striped apron dress from Sororité Vintage — a piece Page Six noted was previously worn by Carrie Bradshaw in season six of Sex and the City — then finished the look with tan cowboy boots, a jumble of gold pendant necklaces and beaded bracelets.

The Daily Mail said Bella posed by a lake in the striped dress before stripping it off to reveal the “tiny red bikini” underneath, which was emblazoned with her new age. InStyle described her posing with the sundress bunched up around her to show off the swimsuit. Her caption kept it simple: “Hi my name is bella and I’m 30.”

The milestone weekend was spent at Blackberry Farm in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee with around a dozen friends, including Fanny Bourdette-Donon, Rachael Ryan Lacy and Yasmine Diba, according to Page Six. The Daily Mail reported she was spotted taking a private jet from LA with her pals on the Friday, and the weekend included a ceramics session plus plenty of wine, cake and dinners. “Best weekend celebrating our favorite girl,” Bourdette-Donon wrote.

Bella also got a little sentimental. In another post she wrote: “I am in gratitude to God, my loved ones, my loyal and amazing supporters who have stood by me, and everyone who sent me blessings for another year around the sun. I am so so so lucky.” And she told ELLE, per the Daily Mail, that success now means “having the space to wake up and actually enjoy my life, take care of myself, spend time with the people I love.”
