Ava Starz Says Her “Gym Gains Are Starting to Show” in a Tiny Blue Sports Bra, and X Agrees

All those sweaty sessions are paying off. Gold Coast local Ava Starz has decided it’s time to show the results, and her followers are not complaining.

“i think my gym gains are starting to show,” the real-world influencer wrote on X (@Ava_starz) at 3:43pm Brisbane time on Tuesday, November 3, alongside a sweaty post-workout selfie.

Blue sports bra, zero regrets

In the snap, Ava is glowing in a tiny blue Champion sports bra and matching shorts, her signature gold “AVA” name necklace sitting on her collarbone, with a towel and weights scattered around her on the floor. The workout glow? Very real.

X noticed. By Wednesday morning the post had racked up more than 68,000 views, 3,348 likes, 127 replies, 85 reposts and 464 bookmarks. Four hundred-plus people saved it for, um, gym motivation.

From splits to squats

It caps a big week for the Surfers Paradise local. Only days ago she was doing the splits in a tiny red bikini on the beach to “get the sand out”, a clip that also lit up her timeline.

Ava’s fitness isn’t just for the camera, either. She trains at Snap Fitness Surfers Paradise and has openly admitted she has a love-hate relationship with the gym, staying fit through sheer strong will. Add a childhood at Gold Coast Gymnastics and a lifetime of surfing the Goldie (including local surf comp wins), and those gains have been a long time coming.

She’s juggling all of that with shifts in the casual nursing pool at Gold Coast University Hospital and study towards becoming a cosmetic surgery nurse, plus modelling and promo work around the coast.

Model Search 2026 is watching

With Model Search 2026 on the horizon, the timing of a fresh glow-up couldn’t be better. If the judges are scrolling X, they’ve already seen the receipts.

And she’s not slowing down. On Wednesday morning Ava was back with a new post from the surf in a black polka-dot bikini, captioned simply: “You know exactly who it is.” We do, babe.

Scoop’s verdict? The gains are showing, the necklace is iconic and the blue sports bra is doing overtime. Gym gains, confirmed.
