Emma Heart Asks X “Do I Need More of a Tan?” in a Black Sports Bra Locker-Room Selfie

Emma Heart asked the internet a question she already knew the answer to. At midday on Tuesday, October 6, the Gold Coast influencer posted a gym locker-room mirror selfie to X (@Emma_heart05) with a caption built to fill her replies: “Do i need more of a tan?”

The evidence: a black Under Armour sports bra and matching black Under Armour bike shorts, a gold “E” initial necklace and a gold watch, phone up in the mirror, red-and-black lockers behind her and a red bench holding her gym bag and towel. It is a workout fit doing a lot more than working out — and still squarely Facebook-safe.

The numbers say the question landed. The post has passed 5,500 impressions, with 522 likes, 22 reposts and 72 replies — that is a lot of people volunteering an opinion on a tan that, from where Scoop is sitting, did not need any help.

If the name rings a bell, it should. Emma is Ava Starz’s best friend from school, and it was Emma’s family who took Ava in after her time in foster care. The two are real-world Gold Coast influencers whose timelines constantly cross over — and Emma’s own X bio sums up the vibe: “find me outside, mostly in the pool or on a bike. occasionally on fire.”

It has been a big week for the pair. A day after Emma’s tan check, Ava posted her own cheeky caption beside a black Ford Raptor, and between them the duo kept X busy from Tuesday lunch to Wednesday night. Scoop isn’t naming the gym — Emma didn’t — but those red lockers are getting a lot more attention than lockers usually do.

Scoop’s verdict? Sports bra: black. Bike shorts: tight. Tan: honestly fine. Emma Heart just turned a locker-room mirror into a public poll.
