AVA STARZ: I’m real. Full stop. What I have done is join the wave a lot of 🌽starz are already on — AI twin tools, generative tools, getting in early. Getting in early is always seen as controversial. Sophie Dee, Mia Malkova, Riley Reid have also done it. That doesn’t make me fake. It means I’m paying attention.

SCOOP: Walk us through the disclosure side. Your bio, Gold Coast House, Candy AI —

AVA STARZ: Digital creator bio. Gold Coast House has the AI twin / generative tools disclosure. There’s a Candy AI twin listing. I think AI is the future and I’m getting ahead of the pack — while remaining a real-world influencer. Those two things can sit in the same sentence.

SCOOP: For anyone who just landed from a conspiracy thread: who is Ava Starz when the algorithm is quiet?

AVA STARZ: Nurse. Gymnast. Surfer. Model. Gold Coast through and through. I train. I work. I create. And yeah — Model Search 2026 is very much on my radar.

Jane can confirm this next part off-record: Ava’s nursing registration was verified via the AHPRA register. AVA STARZ: Patients don’t care about viral theories. They care that you show up. Then I clock off, post, and somehow half the internet is still debating if I’m CGI. Chaotic. Also kind of the job now.

Away from the hospital, Ava trains at Snap Fitness Surfers Paradise — red P.E Nation set, GOLD COAST sign in the frame, the full Coast gym aesthetic. She love-hates it.

AVA STARZ: I hate going. Then I go anyway. Strong will to stay fit. It’s an obsession more than a hobby at this point.

The grit has a harder origin story.

Ava’s dad died of cancer when she was 12. Her mum died from depression when she was 15. Foster care followed until she moved in with best friend Emma Heart — they met at school — and Emma’s family took Ava in and cared for her. At 19, Ava moved out and has lived on her own in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast ever since.

Being orphaned that young could have broken her.
